Everlasting

This grief is deep
Like the pacific ocean
Massive, unrelenting.
I jump right in and swim with you
But sink to the bottom
like dead weight.
My fate
In your hands
And your eyes
As dark as this ocean
That holds my demise.
I am covered in your lies,
Head to toe
But how would I know they were a warranted disguise?
My heart still shares this grief for you.
Everlasting
